Session Information
Portrait Session
All portrait photo sessions can be done indoors or outdoors at area parks or other locations at the customers request (such as a home or office). You are welcome to bring a friend or family member. I typically shoot anywhere from 30 to several hundred shots, depending on the length of the session. Then I will go through and narrow down to the best shots for your review. Since these are outdoor and location sessions, there is always a small risk that we may have to reschedule due to weather.
Purchasing Image CD
If you require an Image CD from your portrait session you can do so, the cost is added to the portrait session cost and it is $12.00 per person. To give you an example if there are 5 people in the session the cost for the Image CD would be 5 x $12.00 = $60.00 plus what the portrait session would be
Headshot Sessions
For people that are in the entertainment business or just need to sell the most important thing in the world themselves! There are a few things you should consider when you are first starting off, many people are tempted to get into the industry for the dream of being famous. However one of the first things you should consider is that an acting career is a life long commitment. At Spingola Photography we have put together some information to help you when you go for your headshot.
Portrait Session Setup Fee
On formal portrait sessions, I usually bring a lot of equipment like backdrops, lighting etc... This takes about 20 - 45 min's to set up for your portrait session. The time that it takes me to set up does not take away from your portrait session. The fee includes setting up and breaking down. NOW this fee is for formal portrait session only. Shooting on location outside or special assignments without specialized lighting does not have a set up fee. This will be determined upon the scope of the shoot. Also the setup fee is per location.

Travel Time
I will travel within 50 miles of Leominster, Ma. for the included price of what package you have chosen. However if you require me to travel more then 50 miles from Leominster, Ma. then the charge is $50.00 per hr. and what ever any charges like tolls, hotel, food or any other fee's that I may accrue.
Nonrefundable Deposit Due at Time of Booking
A nonrefundable deposit is required in order to book a session. Your deposit will be applied toward your Session Fee. For photo shoots involving travel outside of the Leominster area, the deposit is required, and must be paid to book the time in advance. If there is a separate venue fee, then that fee is added onto the deposit amount.

Cancellation / Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session for a different date or time, please try to do so at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session date if at all possible. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the session time, or do not appear for the session, the deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit in order to re-schedule a new session date/time. The deposit is non-refundable but is applied toward your total session fee and order total. If it is raining at the time of the photo session, we can reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. Otherwise, a prediction of rain does not usually necessitate a rescheduling of the session. The vast majority of the time, a threat of rain usually works out fine and the shoot goes on and the rain doesn't happen at the time of the shoot. In fact, the light can be quite nice on rainy days!
